1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the SCALEONE:TWO website and to enquiries concerning privately commissioned artifacts. The website itself does not constitute a binding offer to sell an artifact.

2. Private commissions

Artifacts are produced in limited numbers and are subject to availability. A commission is formed only after specification, price, timing and delivery terms have been agreed and confirmed in writing.

3. Project information

Dimensions, lead times, prices, materials and other project information shown on the website are indicative unless expressly incorporated into a written commission agreement.

4. Engineering archive

Drawings, CAD material, construction information and other engineering content shown on this website form part of the SCALEONE:TWO project archive. The complete Project 01 engineering documentation may be made available to selected professional manufacturers under a separately negotiated commercial licensing agreement. Any licence is granted only in writing and defines its scope, permitted production, territory, duration and other applicable conditions. Ownership of the documentation and underlying intellectual property remains with its respective rights holders; no rights of third parties are granted or implied.

5. Intellectual property

All original drawings, CAD data, graphics, photographs, text, project documentation and design material remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Display on this website does not grant permission to reproduce, manufacture from, distribute or commercially exploit those materials.

6. Manufacturing and use

SCALEONE:TWO artifacts are engineering and display objects. They are not road vehicles, toys or certified motorsport equipment unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

7. Delivery

Packing, shipping, insurance, import requirements and delivery arrangements are agreed individually for each commission according to destination and project scope.

8. Governing law

Any final commission agreement will state the applicable contractual terms and governing law. Nothing on this website limits mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.
