SCALEONE:TWO

Digital Manufacturing Documentation.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of digital manufacturing documentation offered through the SCALEONE:TWO website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product

The SCALEONE:TWO Project 01 Manufacturing Documentation is a digital technical documentation package intended to provide the information necessary to manufacture the engineering artifact presented on this website.

The documentation may include engineering drawings, dimensional information, 3D construction data, manufacturing information and other technical materials relating to Project 01.

The documentation is supplied as digital content. No physical product, printed documentation, components or completed artifact are included unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, the customer will receive a download link at the email address provided during checkout. The download link will normally be supplied within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and for downloading and securely storing the supplied files.

4. Licence

Purchase of the documentation grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied documentation for the construction of the SCALEONE:TWO Project 01 artifact.

Ownership of the documentation and all associated intellectual property rights remains with the rights holder. Purchase of the documentation does not constitute a transfer or sale of copyright, design rights or other intellectual property rights.

5. Permitted Use

The customer may use the documentation for their own manufacturing and construction purposes.

The documentation may also be used internally by employees, contractors or manufacturing suppliers where access is reasonably necessary for the construction of the customer's artifact, provided that the documentation remains confidential and is not used for any other purpose.

6. Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission, the customer may not sell, resell or sublicense the documentation; publish or publicly distribute it; upload it or substantial parts of it to websites, repositories, file-sharing services or other public platforms; provide copies to third parties except where necessary for authorised manufacturing; use the documentation itself as the basis of a competing documentation product; or claim authorship or ownership of the documentation.

Unauthorised copying or distribution may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

7. Manufacturing Responsibility

The documentation represents the SCALEONE:TWO Project 01 artifact as developed and presented by its creator. Manufacturing requires appropriate engineering knowledge, workshop skills, tools, materials and manufacturing processes.

The customer or manufacturer is responsible for assessing manufacturing methods, materials, tolerances, structural integrity and safe workshop procedures appropriate to their particular construction.

The documentation does not constitute certification of the completed artifact for road use, motorsport use or any other regulated application.

8. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

For consumers who are legally entitled to a statutory withdrawal period, digital content will be supplied before the expiry of that period only where the consumer has expressly requested or consented to such early supply and acknowledged the resulting loss of the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

Once the digital content has been supplied in accordance with the applicable legal requirements, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content.

9. Refunds

Because the product consists of digital manufacturing documentation, refunds are generally not available after the documentation has been supplied or access to the download has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

This provision does not affect any mandatory statutory rights of the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All drawings, 3D data, technical documentation, graphics, photographs, texts and other original materials supplied as part of SCALEONE:TWO Project 01 remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The customer receives only the rights of use expressly granted under these Terms.

11. Availability and Technical Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring that suitable software and hardware are available for opening and using the supplied file formats. Where practical, the file formats included in the documentation are described before purchase.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to customers residing in other jurisdictions.

13. Contact

If you require additional information about the documentation, licensing, delivery or these Terms & Conditions, please contact us before placing your order.
