Philosophy

Where models become artifacts.

A short manifesto for the space between representation, engineering and physical experience.

Most models are designed to represent reality.

They reduce scale while attempting to preserve detail.

But somewhere between a traditional model and a full-size object, something unexpected begins to happen.

The object no longer feels like a toy.

Yet it is not the real machine either.

It exists in a space of its own.

A space where proportions become architecture.

Where engineering becomes sculpture.

Where technical objects can be experienced differently.

Why One Is Not Enough

SCALEONE:TWO

Not to reproduce history. To reinterpret its essence through scale, material and presence.

Each project begins with a machine that once represented the highest level of engineering achievement. The goal is not to copy it, but to create a physical object that captures why such forms continue to fascinate us.

The result is neither a model nor a vehicle.

It is an artifact.

A physical object created to be observed, explored and experienced.

Because some forms deserve to exist beyond their original purpose.

Some objects do not need a practical purpose. It is enough that they inspire wonder, joy and curiosity.

About The Author

Developed by Marek Konečný.

SCALEONE:TWO is an independent project developed by Marek Konečný.

With more than three decades of experience in engineering, manufacturing and product development, his work combines traditional craftsmanship, digital design and physical prototyping.

Project 01 emerged from a long-standing fascination with automotive engineering and the belief that certain technical objects deserve to exist beyond their original purpose.

Rather than reproducing history, SCALEONE:TWO seeks to reinterpret it through scale, material and physical presence.

Some objects do not need a practical purpose.

It is enough that they inspire curiosity, wonder and imagination. Perhaps that is the true purpose of SCALEONE:TWO.
